Please read carefully. By downloading or using Jittr, you agree to these terms. These terms govern your use of the app and constitute a legal agreement between you and Jittr.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Jittr, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Jittr. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Jittr app and related services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Jittr.
Not a Medical Service
Jittr is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or counseling. Jittr is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services immediately.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Jittr. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the app. By using Jittr, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Subscriptions & Purchases
Jittr offers three subscription options: Monthly at $5.99/month, Annual at $39.99/year, and Lifetime access at $49.99 (one-time payment). Monthly and Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. A 30-day money-back guarantee is available — contact support@jittrapp.com within 30 days of purchase. Free trials that are cancelled before day 7 will not incur any charge.
License to Use
Jittr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or use Jittr for any unlawful purpose.
User Content
You retain full ownership of any content you create within Jittr, including your mood logs and journal entries. Jittr processes this content only to provide the features you use. Your personal wellness data is never used for advertising purposes.
Privacy
Your use of Jittr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using Jittr, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All design, code, trademarks, logos, and content within Jittr are owned by or licensed to Jittr. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Jittr's trademarks or intellectual property without prior written consent.
Disclaimers
Jittr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we make no uptime guarantees.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jittr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Jittr shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Jittr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Jittr at any time by deleting the app and cancelling your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Jittr shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of Jittr after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
