Your privacy matters. Jittr is a wellness app and we treat your personal information — especially anything related to your mental health — with the utmost care. This policy explains exactly what we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), usage data and app interactions, device information (device type, operating system), purchase data processed through Apple, and wellness inputs you log within the app. All wellness data is stored with end-to-end encryption.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and improve the Jittr app, send optional check-in notifications based on your preferences, and process your subscription through Apple. We do not use your wellness data for advertising or sell it to third parties for any purpose.
Tracking & Analytics
Jittr uses the Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You will be shown a prompt before any tracking takes place. All features of Jittr are fully available whether or not you consent to tracking. Declining tracking does not limit your experience in any way.
Data Sharing
We never sell your personal data. We share limited information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the app (under strict confidentiality agreements), Apple for subscription management, and when required by law. We will always notify you of legal requests where permitted.
Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@jittrapp.com.
Children's Privacy
Jittr is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately at privacy@jittrapp.com.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your data both in transit and at rest. Your wellness inputs are encrypted before being stored on our servers. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@jittrapp.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply under local privacy laws.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Jittr after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
